The residents swimming pool of 333 m², is situated in a lush tropical garden and just across from the stunning beach and lagoon of Bain Boeuf in the resort of Cap Malheureux. The terrace surrounding the swimming pool leads to three kiosks for the residents’ use.
The resort of Grand Bay is nearby, with an excellent selection of shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs.
Eden garden is perfect for couples, families and groups of friends wishing to spend a holiday in this sun drenched and very beautiful resort of Mauritius.
Accommodation
Studios
Studios of 20 m² – accommodating a maximum of 2 persons sharing.
The studios are separated or appended to the Penthouse or to the Duplex apartments (with independent access).
They consist of a kitchenette, a retractable table for meals and a wardrobe, plus an en-suite shower room.
Duplexes
Duplex of 143 m² – accommodating up to 6 persons sharing.
The ground floor of the duplex apartment benefits from a closed and covered space for the drying of laundry.
The entrance on the parking side allows easy access to the kitchen which may be separated, or opened on the dining and living room.
The dining and living room opens on the veranda which overlooks a private garden.
A bedroom and a bathroom make up the remainder of the available areas on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath.
Both bedrooms have access to an open balcony.
Penthouses
Penthouse of 80 m² – accommodating up to 4 persons sharing.
Located on, and, occupying the whole area of the second floor, the Penthouse consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath.
There is a separate kitchen.
Life in the penthouse revolves around its veranda which consists of an open living and dining area overlooking the garden.
This space is equipped with movable aluminum shutters thus allowing complete or partial closing at night.
