Villa Sandy Bay is a three bedroom beachfront villa located on a sandy beach which borders the clear protected blue lagoon of Roches Noires to the North East of Mauritius. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.

There is a fully equipped separate kitchen, and an open plan living dining room which leads to a covered furnished terrace. The terrace overlooks the garden and the magnificent sandy beach. As the lagoon surrounding Mauritius is protected by a coral barrier, swimming and snorkeling are perfectly safe for all the family to enjoy.

There is a thatch covered gazebo in the garden of villa Sandy Bay and it faces the beautiful lagoon. It is the perfect place for meals, sundowners or just some quiet time.

The sunny coastal village of Roches Noires is a very beautiful holiday retreat for local Mauritians as well as tourists visiting Mauritius. It is a place which people return to regularly owing to the beach and lagoon conditions which are near perfect.

There is a local corner shop for groceries and there are supermarkets in the nearby villages of Rivière du Rempart and Flacq. A good selection of restaurants may be found in the neignbouring villages of Poste Lafayette, Belle Mare and Trou d’Eau Douce. A local bus service is available in the village and the service is cheap and reliable.
